Craft Burger Co.
Our Story
After working in the food service industry for over 15 years, I decided it was time to start my own business. At my previous job (Bun Street), we were able to keep the doors open and the business thriving even during the global pandemic. At the time, I knew I was ready to open my own store.
I began working for my father as a diesel mechanic. I enjoyed it but found it difficult to work for my family, so I enrolled in culinary school because I've always enjoyed cooking. Soon after, I started a pop-up kitchen, working at various street fairs, concerts, and catering events. I would inform the Food Service Director of my events and how my weeks went. He would give me advice. At the school I was attending, I was approached with the opportunity to open a restaurant for a friend, which we did extremely well and took to the next level. With all of my experience and knowledge, I knew it was time to open my own craft burger restaurant.
After graduating from high school, I began working for In-N-Out Burger. I worked there for over 6 years and became a burger connoisseur. Understanding the entire process of making a great burger was fascinating. Finally, I realized that by combining the finest ingredients and freshest products with excellent customer service, I could provide my guests with an unforgettable burger experience.
